![]() At 11:07 Saturday morning Roberto sent me a text saying that he could not make it because his mother was not doing well and that he would “try” to make it by that night but no promises. He said that he would be back in the morning around 11 or 12, leaving exposed wires with power running through them on. Saying that he didn’t have time to look anymore and leaving. This resulted in him taking the wires out of the breakers and flipping the breakers on and off to the point where all of the power in our home EXCEPT the living room and half of the kitchen was off. I immediately called him to come back, when he did he said he would “try” but he had to be somewhere by 730 (it was 6:45 at this point) and if he couldn’t get it in 30 minutes he would have to come back in the morning (Saturday). My wife and I realized 5 minutes after he left that there was no power in our hallway, spare bedroom, front room and also the front porch light did not come on. Upon “completion” he said everything was great and ready to go, and left without checking any rooms to make sure that power was on in every room he turned off. While doing this he said that he came across “brittle” wires, but it would be fine. During this time he did change out the breaker panel and claimed that he changed the breakers, but the breakers were exactly the same as when he came. ![]() ![]() Roberto Taylor of Taylor Construction and General Contracting came to my home Friday to replace the breaker panel, breakers, install two exterior outlets. ![]()
